the staff were loyal, the food was awesome. we loved the room with a work desk, a flat screen tv and tv with dvd player. the downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. also, the hotel was so close to musee de l'echevinage museum and you can walk to an ancient roman arch. plus, free wi fi worked well. it was surely an enjoyable stay.

Location and views could not be better. Loved that we had a work desk, a flat-screen television and TV with DVD player in the twin room. Great place for exploring Saintes.
